For these snowflakes I put some matte medium on the wood and let it dry before putting the adhesive and glitter on to see if I could get better adhesion. Overall, it did not make that much difference. I used Distress Glitter in Spun Sugar, Faded Jeans and Seedless Preserves.
For these woodcut snowflakes I used Distress Glitter in Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers over Glossy Accents. After the first coat dried I applied a second coat to fill in some of the gaps.
Can’t get enough glitter from Creative Chemistry 102! The heart, branch and leaf were die cut out of grungeboard, Distress Inked, and then, using glossy accents adhesive, covered with Distress Glitter. I adhered them to a favorite piece of origami paper and placed it on a black tag. Lisa
